" A huge thanks for having us to stay at the Fitzwilliam last weekend. We had a fantastic time and staying at the Fitzwilliam – sipping champagne on our balcony overlooking St Stephen’ green was a very unexpected but delightful treat! We were really spoilt by the hotel and my boyfriend really appreciated everything that was arranged for his birthday weekend. You've earned me major brownie points!! So thank you for that too! Unfortunately our flight wasn't cancelled so I didn’t have the excuse to come back to the Fitzwilliam Hotel for one more night! "

" 2nd time at the Fitzwilliam, In town for Thanksgiving - Grafton St was at the height of the holiday season. Great hotel room as usual, great staff, try the Irish coffee at the bar downstairs - Best Ive ever had. Thought about other 5* hotels in the city however after checking them out in person much prefer Fitzwillam charm as well as location. Super Hotel, worth every penny!"

" My experience with the Fitzwilliam got off to a great start when I called ahead to ask if they would let my husband in early. They were fantastic on the phone, nothing was a problem. The Fitzwilliam has a great location and you can walk to all the tourist places and many restaurants and bars. We had their executive guestroom which was nicely decorated and funky. There was a fantastic courtyard view which they lit up with purple lighting at night. It was extremely quiet at night. The bathroom was stone and marble with great toiletries and robes. They had turndown service at night with yummy chocolates. The staff across the hotel was excellent; they would even press the elevator buttons."

" Stayed here for a work Christmas do and had a great time. The location of the hotel at the top of Grafton Street, the main shopping street in Dublin is second to none. Great, modern decor and comfortable rooms. If you stay here you must have a bubble bath it is the biggest deepest bath I have ever used! Had a lovely relaxing massage after a long night on the town.-overall a great stay."

" excellent hotel, very good situation in the center of Dublin, we stayed here one night for new year eve, and, although we didn't spent a lot of time in the room (it was new year eve after all) it really was an calm haven away from the madness"

" Over the past 4 years we have traveled to Dublin once every 2 months. As we live in the sticks we just like the city. Contrary to previous reviews, Dublin is an easy city to get around.....a general sense of direction is all that is required! If you do get lost.....just ask someone, better still, ask whilst enjoying a pint!

Me and my partner stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in January .We arrived at the hotel with two members of staff waiting for us at the entrance, our luggage was immediately taken from us and the reception team was polite and welcoming! We were taken to our bedroom by a delightful gentleman who showed us all of the facilities in the room and went through the other services the hotel offers (24HR room service etc etc)

Our room was fantastic, very very spacious, lovely, clean & fresh! The bathroom was very vintage with a huge shower head, deep bath and upmarket H20 products!

...we decided to have a few drinks in the bar, WHAT A PLACE! it's a lovely relaxing setting with a great choice of wines to choose from, service was prompt and cocktails were spot on!! I heard it has been known as a discreet celebrity hang out!!!"

" Have just got back from a brief and wonderful stay. This is such a fantastic hotel - it looks amazing, particularly the rooms with all the large balconies with amazing views over St. Stephens Green, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also had some treatments - and again a wonderful relaxing atmosphere and very attentive and capable staff. I would definitely recommend it - can't wait to go back"

We arrived very early in the morning and he gave us coffee, put us in the day room to tidy up, and made sure we got settled in our room. He's your best asset!!!!!!!"
